When the purchaser(s) and the seller(s) have agreed on the price and terms of a contract, the next step is the loan application. With Gay Smith's extensive experience, she can recommend several lenders who have earned her trust and with whom she's had good experiences in the past.
Gay, along with a loan originator of your choice, will sit down with you and help you with all the necessary paperwork and information, including ordering a credit report and appraisal of the property and even help you obtain a good faith estimate of closing costs, so you won't have any surprises at the time of closing.
